In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jlbit," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to jlbit Casino and all services operated under the domain jlbit.club.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses jlbit's services.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a player upon successful completion of jlbit's registration and verification process.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance associated with a player's Account, reflecting deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonuses.
• "Games" means all gambling products available on jlbit, including slot machines, live dealer tables, bingo, fish shooting, sports betting, table games, and any other wagering products.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, matched deposit, cashback, or other incentive offered by jlbit to a player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wager volume a player must complete before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by jlbit prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling is legally restricted and in which jlbit does not accept registrations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that oversees gaming regulation in the Philippines.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of jlbit's services and must not create an Account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use jlbit's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations.
• You are acting as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registering or placing any wager.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jlbit or any of its affiliated studios or technology partners.
• You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order — whether voluntary (via your jlbit account settings) or regulatory — that remains in force.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered Account on jlbit. Duplicate registrations — whether created using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms.

During and after registration, jlbit may require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds, including but not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, or driver's license).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya wallet registered under your name).
• Source of funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

jlbit reserves the right to suspend access to withdrawal functions, apply betting limits, or suspend an Account pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jlbit may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account's Wallet in excess of the original deposit amount.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlbit Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party under any circumstances.

• Any transaction completed through your Account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally conducted that transaction.
• You must notify jlbit immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or suspicious activity on, your Account by contacting support via live chat.
• jlbit will never request your password through any channel including email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
• You may enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your Account settings. jlbit strongly recommends that all players activate 2FA to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your jlbit Account — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account suspension.

6.1 Deposits. jlbit accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Funds must come from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. jlbit does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and matching your KYC documentation.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.
• jlbit reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds under its AML policy. jlbit will communicate such requests within 24 hours of a withdrawal request being submitted.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 2 business hours during operating hours.

6.3 Currency. All transactions on jlbit are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlbit does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

jlbit offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general bonus conditions:

• Each bonus promotion specifies its own wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated, all jlbit bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are kept separate from real-money funds. The platform will apply wagering requirements to bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only — one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• jlbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered at the time of the modification.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, structured deposits to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation — constitutes a prohibited activity under Section 9 of these Terms.

All games available on jlbit are governed by the individual rules published for each game title within the platform interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

• All slot games and RNG-based table games on jlbit use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games are conducted by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Live. The rules of those games are governed by the respective studio's published game rules, which are accessible in-game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server disconnections, game engine errors, or software faults — any affected round is rendered void and stakes are returned to the player's Wallet. jlbit does not accept liability for technical malfunctions beyond refund of the affected stake.
• jlbit publishes indicative Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages in the paytable or information section of each slot game. RTPs are theoretical values calculated over a statistically significant number of spins and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting and live wagering markets are subject to jlbit's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlbit. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles jlbit to suspend or permanently close your Account, withhold all pending withdrawal requests, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to open an Account in violation of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or in connection with any transaction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the jlbit platform in a manner not authorized by these Terms.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using jlbit's platform in connection with proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms across multiple accounts or in coordination with other individuals.
• Accessing jlbit from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with a payment provider without first engaging jlbit's support team to resolve the matter.

All content on jlbit.club — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, artwork, trade marks, logos, text, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of jlbit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jlbit's platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not authorize you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of jlbit's platform or content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of jlbit's software or technical infrastructure.
• Use jlbit's trade marks, logos, or brand assets without express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbit's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlbit Wallet during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlbit expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages of any kind.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond jlbit's reasonable control.
• The acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlbit's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted under Philippine law.

jlbit is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through Account Settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per session. Once reached, the session will terminate and you will be unable to re-enter the game for the remainder of that session period.
• Session Time Reminders: Opt-in notifications that alert you when you have been actively gaming for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from jlbit for a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed by contacting support during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

jlbit will not sell your personal data to third parties. Player data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, game providers, and fraud prevention services to the extent necessary for the lawful operation of the platform and compliance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

jlbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, jlbit will provide notice to registered players via email to the address registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice on jlbit.club, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of jlbit's services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jlbit's customer support team for good-faith resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlbit's internal complaints process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to mediation or, failing that, to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
